Chauster,
Please tell me how the stains happened. I have the winter magic outfit too and I would get extremely upset if it stained Ashley.
Did you have the outfit on Gwen for a very long time? How long was she wearing it? Did it get wet somehow? Please give me details and let me know why you think this happened.
Would American Girl exchange the outfit without my doll being stained if I tell them that others have had this problem? I don't want to take any chances.

Hi Lynet,
I had the Winter Magic outfit on my doll for about a month. My house is very dry as we have Central Air Heat. She never got wet at all, this is the first time it's happened with any of my outfits. I guess it was the thread that they used because that was were the stains appeared, where all the seams were.
They most definitely will refund you for the outfit. They told me that no matter what I should always be happy with everything that I bought and that they would let me return anything with no time constraints. I love their customer service, I always get the best service from them.
QNPooh,
They did offer to change the limbs but I've never had just repairs made before, so I was hesitant, I always want things to be perfect and original from the get go. Another one of my "problems"

Hi,
Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered this outfit from their monthly special. I wish I had seen this post before.
